The Village’s Building and Zoning Department oversees land use and development within the Village. This department issues various building and zoning permits including; Business Registrations, Electrical Permits, Raffle Licenses, and many more. The Village’s Planning and Zoning Board helps to assure that development occurs in an orderly and timely manner. They monitor the Village’s long term plans for development and try to assure that individual projects do not impair the eventual fulfillment of these planning goals.
