Village Budget

The Village budget process starts with Department Heads submitting their requests to the Finance and Administration Department. These requests are reviewed and discussed in meetings with the Mayor, and finally approved by the Village Board. The goal of the Village budget is to guide departments in resource allocation, program evaluation, financial management, and long-term planning.
