Applications / Permits

The Village has filing requirements for each of the following developmental applications: 

• Building Permit - Addition to a home or new construction
• Electrical Permit - Such as updating a new panel
• Plumbing Permit - Relocating a vanity, toilet or replacing a water heater.
• Sign Permit- Request for approval of new signs or alterations of existing signs
• Solar Permit - Placing roof top or stand alone solar panels
